After Pugsley was treated so well at his first visit, we knew where we wanted to go on the day we had a very hard decision to make. We were reassured we were making the right decision for him. Everyone we met was nothing but kind, compassionate, patient and caring to Pugsley and us. Pugsley meant the world to us and had such a great life. It is comforting to know he was in the best hands as he crossed the rainbow bridge. We truly can't thank you all enough."
